Case studies
Case studies help put a spotlight on your work, build trust and strengthen relationships. They provide an opportunity to highlight a successful project, product or promotion so others get a sense of the way you work and the outcomes to expect.
A case study allows someone outside of your organisation to say what a great job you’ve done and why someone should choose to work with you.
A case study provides a platform to engage with other clients through storytelling and can be an opportunity to jointly tell that story.
Using strong images adds weight to your case study and provides added authenticity.

How to get the most out of your case study
To get the most out of investing in your case study you’ll want to repurpose the content in as many ways as possible, you can do it yourself or we can help you with that.
Repackaging the content will help ensure your case study is ultimately seen by more of the people you are wanting to connect with.
That means thinking about the different communication channels you use and how to get as much mileage as possible. Here’s some things to think about.
- Load the case study onto your website as a success story, article or blog.
- Distil it down into bite size packages for numerous social media posts on the platforms that reach your clients – e.g. a LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram series (or all three!). Always provide a link back to the full case study so you can drive more eyeballs to your website.
- Include edited highlights in your next newsletter with a link through to the full case study.
- Use photos, snippets or quotes from the case study for a presentation or a report on the project/event.
- When liaising with other clients provide a link to the case study to demonstrate the way you work.
- Extract a quote or two for testimonial purposes on your website or in promotional material for your organisation.
- Is your case study of local, national or international importance? If so think about sharing widely with industry bodies, social media influencers or others within your sector.
